Jordan
With a heart full of passion and a deep commitment to the transformative power of yoga, Jordan is the founder and guiding force behind OM Body Studios. A seasoned yogi with over 15 years of dedicated practice and a 500-hour certified teacher training, Jordan’s approach to teaching is rooted in a rich understanding of body movement, mindfulness, and holistic well-being.
Before discovering the transformative benefits of yoga, Jordan was immersed in the world of ballet, dancing at the Asolo Performing Arts. It was through her journey into adulthood that she found yoga—an evolving practice that offered not just physical strength, but emotional healing, freedom, and balance. This foundation of body awareness, combined with her artistic background as a graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, allows her to bring creativity, flow, and a deep sense of intentionality to every class.
As a teacher, Jordan is dedicated to helping students explore the full potential of their bodies, guiding them with warmth. Her classes encourage students to deepen their practice through mindful movement, cultivating strength, flexibility, and connection. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Jordan’s gentle yet inspiring energy creates an environment where students feel supported, challenged, and empowered.

Nika
With over 15 years of dance experience and a journey in yoga that began in 2012, Nika brings a profound understanding of body awareness, balance, and movement to each of her classes. Her background in dance gives her a unique perspective on flow and grace, while her extensive yoga teacher training allows her to guide students with deep knowledge. Nika specializes in vinyasa and yin yoga, chair yoga, and contemporary dance, blending her knowledge of body mechanics and mindful movement in every class she teaches. An artist at heart, she is creative and intuitive. Aiding in you to continue your journey off the mat.
Nika has a deep understanding mental health and reflects her compassionate approach and deep awareness of the body-mind connection in her teachings. Her understanding of how movement can support emotional well-being means she is attuned to the needs of each student, offering an experience that feels healing and uplifting. Her classes are skillfully designed to leave you feeling balanced, recharged, and connected.

Gina is a vibrant and energetic presence at our studio, leading our Hot 27 Bikram-style series. With positivity and enthusiasm that is absolutely contagious. With her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification and years of dedicated practice, Gina brings a wealth of experience and joy to each class. Her teaching style is both fun and challenging, creating an environment where students feel empowered to push their limits while staying connected to their breath and body.

Elisha
Elisha is a uplifting yoga instructor whose energy instantly transforms the room. With vibrant positivity and a warm, approachable presence, she creates a space where every student feels comfortable, supported, and ready to embrace their practice.
Elisha’s passion for yoga runs deep, and she is dedicated to sharing its healing benefits with all. Completing her 200- hour Yoga Alliance certification as well as being a Stephen Minister gives her the balance to approach teaching in rooted in the belief that yoga is a powerful tool for personal growth, strength, and transformation.
