If a class has no bookings three hours before start, that class will be canceled. We can not accept walk-ins at this time, so we ask all of our students to sign up online in advance.

Awaken Ritual

Begin your week with intention in our Awaken Ritual class, held every Monday morning. This gentle yin to vinyasa flow is designed to awaken your body and mind, setting a calm and balanced tone for the days ahead.

We’ll start with soothing yin postures to release tension and ground into the moment, then gradually flow into a gentle vinyasa sequence to bring warmth, movement, and vitality to your body. Chakra Flow: Warm Vinyasa

Welcome to Chakra Flow, a warm vinyasa class designed to align, energize, and balance your energy centers through mindful movement and sound. Each day of the week, we journey through a different chakra, beginning with the grounding Root Chakra on Monday and rising to the enlightening Crown Chakra by Sunday.

In this warm, welcoming space, we’ll guide you through a flowing vinyasa practice that integrates postures, breathwork, and mantras to activate the chakra of the day. Crystal singing bowls tuned to each chakra will create a powerful sound bath, enhancing the vibrational energy to help you connect more deeply with each center.

Daily Chakra Themes:

• Monday: Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Focus on grounding postures to cultivate stability and connection to the earth.
