Charmeuse - Satin Silk that’s very soft to the touch. Available in your choice of 19 momme (thick and heavy weight) or 12.5 momme (medium weight), this fabric drapes and swirls as one walks, with breathtaking movement. Only reeled silk can make this lustrous satin All silk is biodegradable

Hemp Charmeuse - 70% hemp/ 30% silk blend is biodegradable, pearlescent in the light, thick, and completely opaque. This fabric shimmers beautifully in the sunlight.

Organza - A lightweight silk with a “barely there” feel. Highly transparent and perfect as a second layer skirt.

Crepe - Opaque silk with lots of “crinkled” texture. Slightly transparent in the sunlight.

Gauze - True raw silk that is reeled. This is a sturdy, though almost completely transparent, fabric with a stiff and crisp feel. Perfect as a second layer skirt.

Kalasiris - A silk fabric with a crinkle weave making it very stretchy. Semi-transparent fabric, halfway between guaze and crepe in an 8 momme thickness. This fabric crinkles in width but stretches back to it’s original shape when pressed.

Peace silk means the worms lived their full cycle and were harmed in the process of creating the fabric. Silk is a fiber that requires minimal preparation, and only takes four weeks of feeding mulberry leaves to the caterpillars to raise them to cocooning - the cocoons are silk.
